Terms & Conditions for UV Bazar

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the UV Bazar online marketplace (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, vendors, and visitors.

2. The UV Bazar Marketplace

UV Bazar operates as an online marketplace connecting independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”) with customers (“Customers”) seeking lifestyle products.

Important Notice:

• UV Bazar is not the seller of record for Vendor products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• We do not manufacture, store, or inspect the products listed by Vendors. We are not responsible for the products’ quality, safety, legality, or description.

• Any purchase made on the Platform is a contract solely between the Customer and the respective Vendor. UV Bazar acts as a facilitator and platform provider.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. Eligibility: To use certain features of the Platform (including making purchases or becoming a Vendor), you must register for an account and be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. 3.2. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 3.3. Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify UV Bazar immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Vendor Terms and Responsibilities

4.1. Vendor Agreement: All Vendors must accept and adhere to a separate Vendor Agreement which outlines specific responsibilities, fee structures, and performance standards. 4.2. Product Listings: Vendors warrant that all products listed comply with all applicable laws, are accurately described, and do not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights. 4.3. Pricing and Inventory: Vendors are solely responsible for setting and maintaining their own product prices and managing inventory. 4.4. Fulfillment and Shipping: Vendors are responsible for the prompt and professional fulfillment, packaging, and shipping of products to Customers in accordance with their stated shipping policies.

5. Customer Terms of Sale

5.1. Ordering: By placing an order, the Customer enters into a binding agreement with the Vendor to purchase the product(s) subject to these Terms. 5.2. Payment: All payments are processed by the Platform or its designated third-party payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information. 5.3. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping estimates are provided by the Vendor. UV Bazar is not responsible for shipping delays or fulfillment issues caused by the Vendor or the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

6.1. Vendor Policy: Each Vendor maintains their own return and refund policy, which is displayed on their profile and applies to their products. Customers must review this policy before purchasing. 6.2. Dispute Resolution: UV Bazar may offer mediation or resolution services for disputes between Customers and Vendors. However, any resolution offered by UV Bazar is non-binding and does not waive any legal rights available to the Customer or Vendor.

7. Intellectual Property (IP)

7.1. Platform IP: All content on UV Bazar, including design, graphics, text, and software, is the property of UV Bazar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 7.2. Vendor IP: Vendors grant UV Bazar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and market the images, descriptions, and other content provided for their listings solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any laws or third-party rights.

• Submitting false or misleading information.

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or Vendors.

• Distributing viruses or any other technologies that may harm UV Bazar or the interests of its users.

• Attempting to circumvent the Platform’s billing or fee structure.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1. Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. UV Bazar makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the quality, safety, or legality of any products sold by Vendors. 9.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, UV Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party (including Vendors) on the Platform; or (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bihar Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Bihar Jurisdiction to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

UV Bazar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use the Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
